From our Weekly Bulletin on 23 August 2020:
“We welcome Nathaniel Rademaker his wife Sharon and their children, Marielle, Luana, Rachel, Lucas, Emma and Raphael to Whanganui again this Sunday. Nathaniel will lead both worship services today with a view to a possible call to the ministry here. Nathaniel completed a Master of Divinity at Mid America Reformed Seminary graduating in May 2019. He is currently serving his vicariate with the Reformed Church of the North Shore and has recently sustained his preliminary presbytery examination thereby making Nathaniel available for call as a pastor in the RCNZ.”
Text: Psalm 1
Two Ways
1 How blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stand in the [a]path of sinners,
Nor sit in the seat of scoffers!
2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
3 He will be like a tree firmly planted by [b]streams of water,
Which yields its fruit in its season
And its [c]leaf does not wither;
And [d]in whatever he does, he prospers.
4 The wicked are not so,
But they are like chaff which the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
Nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the Lord [e]knows the way of the righteous,
But the way of the wicked will perish.
